The reminders and alerts system can send an email for a wide variety of common reasons including:
- Employee anniversary
- Employee birthday
- Employee has worked a set number of hours
- Employee's average weekly work has exceeded a limit
- Employee's average weekly work has dropped below a limit
- A specified calendar date has been reached
- Benefit accruals have reached their maximum
- Benefit levels have been overused and the level is below a minimum

Can the content of reminders be completely customized? |

Yes. TimeIPS allows the email message that is sent for reminders to be completely customized. This allows different employees and/or managers to receive messages with specific instructions on how to handle the reminder or alert event.

Can reminders send to multiple recipients? |
|
Yes. Reminders can be sent to a single employee, or an entire group of employees. Single recipients are useful for employee-specific events such as too many hours worked. Multiple recipients are useful as reminders of upcoming holidays, projects or events.
