What kinds of reminders can TimeIPS provide?
The reminders and alerts system can send an email for a wide variety of common reasons including:
  • Employee anniversary
  • Employee birthday
  • Employee has worked a set number of hours
  • Employee's average weekly work has exceeded a limit
  • Employee's average weekly work has dropped below a limit
  • A specified calendar date has been reached
  • Benefit accruals have reached their maximum
  • Benefit levels have been overused and the level is below a minimum

Can the content of reminders be completely customized?
Yes. TimeIPS allows the email message that is sent for reminders to be completely customized. This allows different employees and/or managers to receive messages with specific instructions on how to handle the reminder or alert event.

Can reminders send to multiple recipients?
